Join Snap-Ed Nutritionist, Shannon Sorli for a four part educational series which will focus on setting and reaching your goals when it comes to getting enough fruits and vegetables and physical activity. We will be talking about goal setting, challenges you might face in reaching your goals, how to add fruits and vegetables to your favorite meals, saving money when purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables, and ways to be more physically active. The classes are free for anyone over the age of 60 and for anyone who attends the classes they may receive a free item at the completion of the series. The classes are running every Wednesday at 11:30am from 11/18-12/9.

November 18th- Reach Your Goals Step by Step

The key to reaching our goals is to make small, manageable changes that add up to a BIG difference! This workshop will look at how we can set realistic goals around the two behaviors that health experts agree may make the biggest positive change in your health. Eligible participants will get a free item delivered to them to help achieve those goals!

December 9th- Eat Smart Spend Less

One of challenges to achieving our goals around healthy eating is the cost but it doesn't have to be. You can eat smart while spending less and in this workshop you will learn how!
