Cooperative Extension puts a wealth of useful, research-based information at your finger tips!

CCE of Clinton County connects people to each other and to research-based information to help us solve problems together. We adapt our programs to provide equal program opportunity and to be where community members are. We offer an educational experience that is customized for an individual’s needs, abilities, and interests.

Paused Programming

CCE Clinton in-person programs are currently on pause due to the COVID-19 cases in the county. We will be re-evaluating program delivery as cases decline in the county. Please note that our office is open from 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

NY Forward Plan

As part of re-opening, we have created an opening procedure/safety guidance in compliance with NY Forward. You may find this document at the following link: (Last Update 10/6/20)

Soil/Plant Sample Pick Up Time:

Our Horticulture Specialist is working from home throughout the summer. Soil samples and plant samples are still able to be dropped off at our office. Our specialist is having a weekly pick-up time of Thursday at 10 a.m. Any samples dropped off after this time will be evaluated the following week. Thank you for your understanding!

We would like to recognize and thank our outgoing board members for their dedication and years of service. (Pictured left to right: Patricia Parker, W. Henry Forrence, Rod Sherman)
