Meetings are held at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Office, typically the 3rd Tuesday. They are open to the public, and typically begin at 6 p.m (summer) or 6:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted, Our annual meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.

Occasionally meetings are canceled or rescheduled on short notice.
Annual meeting is October 28th, Beekmantown Hall at 6 p.m.
