The Master Gardener Volunteers will be joining the City of Plattsburgh with a wide variety of other community partners to table at the GreenUP event happening on Saturday, April 18th from 12-3 at Trinity Park!
Come see all of the community partners in your area that are working to mitigate climate change, and make a difference yourself by joining your neighbors in cleaning up public spaces in Plattsburgh, like parks, streets and neighborhoods. You will get free ice cream for bringing back a bag of trash!
This event was a lot of fun last year - the Master Gardeners will be there again to teach climate smart gardening methods, including water-wise gardening methods, rain barrel information, native plant information and more! Plus, learn how to make paper pots for free seed starting - and we'll give you a seed of your choosing and get you started on this newfound climate smart gardening journey! We hope to see you there!
Register with the City of Plattsburgh to win prizes!
