Whether you're a green thumb or a certified plant killer, this class will likely be very helpful for you. Learn the ins-and-outs of all the basic information on houseplants. What's the difference between top and bottom watering - and which one is better? What kind of pot should I use? What even is the deal with fertilizers? Why do ice cubes send our Horticultural Educator into a vengeful fit of rage?

All this and more at our FREE two part class at the Champlain Memorial Library! Part one is October 21st at 3pm and covers potting mediums, pots, and watering. Part two is October 28th at 3pm and covers fertilization, lighting, and long-term care tips, as well as disseminating facts from fiction.
