Solar For All

Clinton County would like to share a new and exciting New York State program available to our residents, Solar For All. through this program, income-eligible residents may apply to receive a no-cost community solar subscription to help lower their energy costs.

Solar for All, administered by the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA), provides access to clean solar technology to all New Yorkers. Space in the program is limited, so eligible residents of Clinton County are encouraged to apply immediately.
